07-02-2023We just completed the rental of a 10 x 30 storage unit at this location on Beltline Road in Irving, TX. The only reason we pull the trigger to rent this unit despite the monthly rate which we considered a bit high is because of your General Manager, Chasity Lopez and her entertaining daughter. We spoke and visited other storage unit merchants throughout Irving, TX the last two days. We were extremely unhappy with the customer service and how we were greeted at each merchant in the area. Being courteous and polite to prospective customers is a lost cause today. Chasity was different from the very first phone conversation as well as when we arrived at this location. She welcomed and acknowledged our presence as well as to everyone that came into this location. After our initial exchange, I let her know she was different then everyone else in this industry and she seemed surprised. We were willing to pay more and rent this storage unit because of her professionalism. Thank you, Chasity and your daughter for making us feel welcome.
