09-06-2023I accidentally booked 2 rooms and put it on my to do list to call Simply Storage and fix the problem. Janie from Simply Storage called me this morning and let me know. Which helped cuz I was probably gonna procrastinate. Lol She was so helpful and efficient in making sure the situation was fixed. Great customer service. This makes me feel safe keeping my things there as Janie very detail oriented and solution based. Highly recommend!!!!!

09-06-2023Knowledgeable, helpful, and personable! Facilities are secure and clean. Definitely try it out. Completely satisfied. Updated review: Everything was five stars until an increase in price of about $20 per month. If you use this company be prepared for the intro price, then the standard price, and then the possibility of a sharp price increase!
