03-11-2024Updated review, Im a new tenant and already experiencing issues. I purchased a cylinder lock due to Liz saying it was required, which was fine as I have a public storage lock already but it wasnt cylinder. I was told the lock had a tab on it and at my unit. I just tried to move items in (its raining by the way) and there is no tab nor lock at unit. Just yellow device without access. Its during business hours and I came back down to the office to get my lock I purchased and inform of error and no one is answering the phone nor is there a sign. Im just sitting here at 1:56pm when they dont close until 5pm on Saturday. This is my first and last month with this public storage. Im extremely disappointed because Liz was very pleasant upon sign up but this is madness.
