She is kind concerned with your units if you fall behind she calls as a courtesy to see what up. She has called even to check on me in my situation with an emergency when I left the state to come to arizona. I pray for her and her family and pray her bosses will give her a generous raise for her outstanding customer service thank you public storage thank you Segen!!!
