03-02-2024I had to write a Review about Sandy who helped me immensely. Being a loyal customer for 13 years, I experienced a problem/issue regarding my storage. Rather than treating me as another customer, I felt Sandy treated me as a part of the "Public Storage" family as she is & what one would hope to receive that type of care & consideration again for being a customer as long as I have. I implore that Public Storage teach/recommended that their workers exercise this thing called "Customer Service" which is a lost thing nowadays & which Sandy excelled in & came naturally to her. Even witnessing her doing the same with other customers that came in. "Going Above & Beyond" Thank you Sandy!

03-01-2024This is the only location we have had problems with we got behind on our payment we told the lady we will pay we did we clear everything out our roommate was still trying to get his stuff out he couldn't so we made sure we were paid though march instead the lady keeps opening our unit 2 locks have been cut barely any communication even before she got there I'm missing items I'm downloading the footage from my go pro then to make it worst she calls me today to insult me and give me a scalding like she's my mom our contract is paid she's not supposed to be going in our locker if I can have the corporate number or someone it will be appreciated
