03-02-2024I had a great experience getting a storage unit at this location. Mark and Alex went out of their way to make me feel welcome! I think Mark was new and was going through training, but you couldnt ask for a nicer guy to work with. Alex and Hanne were patient with him and helped him complete our transaction. After I completed moving everything in I had some follow up questions and had another transaction to make. Mark had anticipated this and had everything ready when I walked back in! I have been a customer service professional for a very long time so I know what good customer service looks like. I left with a smile on my face. Great experience!

Never received contact back after asking for copy of the taped call. Disputed with my credit card. Credit card reversed the charge. Public Storage sent me to collections for the storage unit I never entered. Never never never do business with Public Storage.
