01-13-2024The women are very nice. Did their best to help me.. However my storage lock was cut ONCE and I had things stolen out my storage You could also see that someone went through my things.. Carelessly and one of my tvs were broke and I had everything set up a certain way.. It was hard to get ahold of someone and even when the office is supposed to be open there have been times I couldnt get through no matter how many times I pulled up or called. I gave two stars for customer service but whoever is in charge of cutting locks needs to be let known if its not up for auction they shouldnt be stealing things from storages thats not fair.. Especially when being charged $300 a month.. Rats and spider problem too.. I had no food in my storage or dirty dishes but rat poop in all my stuff Mainly my clothes and blankets (I assume from trying to keep warm smh)
