09-02-2023First off, this space is not temperature controlled. I tried calling multiple times about it, and no one would ever answer. Then they raised my rent $60 a month after I had only been there a few months. Then I moved out on August 30 and they still charged my card! Now I conveniently can't get ahold of anyone to get that refund. This place is a nightmare. Go anywhere else.

08-26-2023Purchased an abandoned storage unit. Staff was helpful but I had to go to a second location to pay and then meet another employee at the location of the unit. No pass code given, so had to hurry and clean the unit in one trip. Facility was unmanned, so not much help on location.
