03-04-2024Loved working with public storage, it is an interesting job with great perks. Just visited the Hopkins location to purchase some of my moving supplies and Craig and Dan helped me out, they were both nice people. I would recommend Public Storage for your moving supplies, storage units, or a place to work.

01-22-2024We currently have a storage unit and have had multiple problems with the door breaking off and now our lock rusting. Property manager does not call back to voicemails, and it took 4 months for our door to be fixed. As an event organization, we need to have full and timely access to our unit. Unfortunately, there is poor communication from manager and Public Storage customer service. I would recommend looking elsewhere with better staffing and communication from the manager!
