09-03-2026My honest review. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is well lit. The hallways are wide and spacious, which is a plus when you are hauling your trolley. Downside is they do have a rodent problem. Once you move out you will see a ridiculous amout of mice droppings around your unit,and they will have probably doubled your rent within the first year. If you are trying to store your stuff away on a budget, this is not the place for you. They will increase your rent a few times a year so be aware.

08-17-2026Although I had rented my unit online, I stopped by the office to drop something off without really thinking much of it. Bill took the time not only to welcome me, but also to ask if I was familiar with the type of locks they use. I told him I wasnt, but that I could probably figure it out myself, instead, he took the time to walk me to my unit and show me exactly how it worked. A week later, he even followed up with a call to make sure everything was going well. His kindness, helpfulness, and eagerness to help really stood out to me. Thank you Bill, for going above and beyond! Its that kind of customer service that really makes a difference.
