02-13-2024Every since Tiffany the manager left and Simply Self Storage was bought out, it's been a negative. The indoor facility has webs, dead bugs, screws and other debris on the floors and corners of units. The office is rarely staffed with a person. Customers are complaining about not being able to make payments in person or get other questions answered. Calling the number provided to get to a regional, or manager was frustrating since the person who called back was neither of the two and had a very unpleasant disposition. I used to love going in and chatting with Tiffany and visit my unit if needed. The good old days are over, unfortunately.
