02-23-2024I reserved a unit at 9:32am today, with move in scheduled for the same day. I just attempted to pay for my unit, at 10:54am (82 MINUTES later!) and to my surprise, I was informed that my unit is no longer available, and they have no more of that size. I was told that they are available at a first-come basis, although I had reserved it online (with email and texts to prove it) and was there in person less than 1 1/2 hours later. I was offered the opportunity to rent a larger unit for more money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as this reeks of bait and switch. I have a confirmed reservation, scheduled to move in on the same day, and showed up less than 90 minutes after confirming the reservation, only to receive that message. I have rented with you before, and never had a bad experience. This is a horrible experience.

05-06-2023It's probably one of the worst ever managed storage facilities ever built. Open on Sunday like everything, including the sign on the door? All lies. Avoid this place like it's the plague.
