12-27-2023Agree with Tracy Knight's review. Just look at the pics posted- the seals are gone! I went in to the office and asked why all of the nice, new paint, unit decals, etc. but no NEW SEALS on the bottoms of the roll up doors! I haven't gotten a response yet and I asked to be called. Just looking online at the prices and a bigger unit is offered for over $100 cheaper than what I am paying per month. Have been storing here for 3 years now and something needs to and will change.

10-07-2023Treated rudely by the woman property manager that works here. She discloses all your personal information to whoever she pleases and has lots of inside deals going on. Would not recommend storing anything of value here if you dont want it to disappear. Good luck getting her to answer the phone either. After calling for two days never once did anyone answer. Very shady Public Storage location. Stay far away from this place.

09-21-2023I have a unit I share with my mother. Livonia location on Newburgh. Our issue started more than 2 months ago when we notified the property manager that our unit door was broken. We were finally able to leave a key two weeks later (mid-July) and now it is mid-September and our door still isnt fixed. All we keep hearing is the vendor is behind. Weve used this property multiple times, never again. We just want to get to our belongings. We have called multiple times, supposed messages sent to upper management with no response. Even the district manger, Wayne, stopped replying after being asked twice over weeks if there was a status update. Im so disappointed to be going through this. This has been so frustrating and to hear that someone will be in contact, and to not hear anything is so disheartening. How sad another company is only seeing $$$ with no customer service. Its like theyre holding our stuff hostage I would not recommend this property or Public Storage to anyone again.
