01-27-2024Ive been a loyal customer at the Waipio Uka location for many, many years. the reason I stayed with them is their great customer service, location and the sense of security it provides. I appreciate the fact that there is a secured gate and not an open lot where anyone could just enter. The office staff - Maria & Ling, made my unit transfer very seamless. So very friendly and great customer service! My rating reflects the dissatisfaction regarding the rental cost increase amounts, even after being a loyal customer for over 18 years. I would hope they would look into a loyality plan of some sort, in the near future.
