07-05-2023I had an issue come up in life and security self storage has been a great place to work out issues with your space. Melanie the general manager has been a wonderful part of the team's built here in San Antonio and so thankfully am recommending her professionalism and hospitality to many others. I am glad to say Texas proud about this business and the people I have got in contact with here guys. Stay safe out there and wish you all well also.

05-18-2023If you value you're possessions..do not rent here. My inside unit was broken into. I had it full. They didnt even leave me a crumb. Management was no help whatsoever. Conveniently, they said that there was no camera footage. My lock had been replaced with the same type of lock while the thieves took my property. Management claims they check the units every night to ensure that the locks have not been changed out. I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER RENT A UNIT AT THIS PLACE!

03-13-2023The office manager, Melanie was really helpful by helping me pick the correct size unit I needed. She showed me around the property and pointed out the maintenance guy on property as well. I feel confident I made the best decision to store my items here. Will definitely recommend this storage place to my friends & family. Thank you again Melanie!!!
