10-12-2023I appreciate the $1.00 for the 1st month. But when we can not get In touch with the people that are supposed to be working, it is disturbing to say the least. We were at the storage unit approximately at 9:30 am. No one in the office, no one would answer the door bell. Does not say much for your service. Fred Bartell

09-03-2023When u call the number, all numbers go to a central call center customer service. 1 out of 5 today were absolutely awful. One lady even asked me who my mother was talking to, guess she could hear my mother on the phone and thought my mom was calling customer service as well, this lady demanded to know who my mom was talking to and I said that is none of your business. She said Yes it is my business and then we had a few words. Based on these alone I would have given Public storage in general NO stars if I could. However, the saving grace is Thelma, property manager. She is so sweet and professional. She has excellent people skills and is so helpful! Only because of her did I give it a 5 and would recommend to a friend!
