12-17-2023Rat feces and urine in the unit. No carts to help move your belongings. My thermometer said that it was 90 degrees inside during the summer. That is not what I would consider climate control since I had an A/C go out in my apartment and my apartment was 90 with no A/C. Office is only open by appointment. I came here because 10 years ago I had a great experience at this location. Their time is over. I was stuck because I paid movers to move my stuff to this unit. I put everything in there to poison and repel the rats and they still came. My lesson, do not do online. Check every storage that you are interested in before you use them. If you see droppings, go elsewhere. I have moved out now and will never use another Public Storage. I encourage others to go elsewhere.

12-15-2023Convenient to my house, with fairly easy access. Opening gate from app only failed once. Unit had decaying insulation on the ceiling started raining down on the contents of the unit. Otherwise I felt my stuff was safe. I'd use them again.

12-06-2023all of my mothers belongings were destroyed by RATS. clothes, bags purses, shoes, household items completely chewed up and covered in rat droppings and urine. property manager was absolutely no help or even compassionate, horrible place, don't recommend, go to CubeSmart or something, and get a new property manager UPDATE she went back and its even worse!!! still no help from the useless worker in there. ridiculous.
