Adjacent to Randolph Air Force Base, right off of Loop 1604 roughly three miles south of I-35, this location gives customers the choice of indoor storage units or outdoor storage units, along with the option of climate controlled storage units.
Spending the weekend on the sidelines of the athletic fields at Live Oak's Main City Park off of Kitty Hawk Road? Pack away chairs, blankets and all the necessary sports gear in a cozy 5x5 storage unit for easy access, no matter the season.
Families in need of some extra storage space near Judson High School can use a 10x15 storage unit to help declutter a garage or a 10x30 storage unit to hold onto couches, tables, desks, dressers, TVs and appliances during a major home remodel project.

02-09-2024Absolutely the worst storage company I've ever used. First they have a very strict 9pm deadline to access your unit, if you leave at 9:05pm they will penalize you. If for some reason you happen to pay late and they put one of their own locks on your unit it does not get removed once you've payed and your account is in good standing, you must take the time to set up an appointment to have it removed and only one person on the property has the authority to remove the lock so if they are gone on vacation you have to wait however long until they are back to make an appointment for them to take off the lock. Also you must be there at said time to have it removed, they won't just take it off even though you owe nothing and have your account in good standing. They've have numerous BBB complaints and have had a class action lawsuit filed against them which they lost, as well as numerous small claims court lawsuits for practices they still use to this day.

01-01-2024This is an older facility with obvious signs of dating, wear, tear, and damage. Due to the layout of the climate control units, they are not as easily accessed as other facilities/companies. I have been renting here for almost 1 year and have seen TWO rate increases for a total of a 70% increase over my original rate. There isn't a single other climate control facility renting a same size unit for the same inflated price. Every other company is renting for the same as my original rate, $99 for a 10 x 7. I'm moving out at the end of this month.
