03-02-2024This place has excellent customer service! I'm moving to South Jersey but don't want to use a large storage facility. I called and spoke with Ashley, who assured me that this location was perfect and that she was available to show me the units and answer all my questions. We went over some rates and timelines which made this process much easier for me. Thank you so much Ashley!

02-28-2024Not the best experience here! They lock you in with a decent introductary price, expect it to go up every year, or after 6 months in in my case. To start, your things will be covered in a blown-in newspaper/glue insulation that exists on the ceiling in the units, not good to breathe, bad for your pets. Very annoying! The snow plow makes a pathetic pass through the roadway, 2 feet from the doors, no shoveling. My unit had 2 doors for some reason, so I had to have (buy) 2 locks for an 8' wide space. If you have a ladder in your unit you could peek over the walls and look into the neighboring spaces at least you could in mine. You can pretty much push the walls right over inside of the units, sheet metal no framing. This place is trash in my opinion. In the end my rent went up 80 bucks over the course of like 3 years, not even.

The lady at the desk, Ashley, was super kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate all of the info! Kind staff.
