Are you owned by the apartment complex around the corner, its mighty strange the cost increase of renting a unit happens far too often .. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone.

Beware This place is horrible! My rates kept increasing every month to the point I could not afford what they wanted and I was told all my PERSONAL ITEMS would be given back! Then I got a call that the only thing returned was an American flag from my father that served in the Navy! Lie! All my son's baby photos and tons of family videos are gone! I didn't care about anything else but the personal things! I am still sick over losing every memory I ever had to these scum bags! And to add insult to injury, they sold the unit for $40! Do not put your stuff here! They overcharge and lie when it comes to getting your personal items back! It's dirty and I was told when I went there by the lady working she was on "medical" but was still there and she didn't have access to the BATHROOM! Her and another woman were BBQ ing by the office! I couldn't help but feel something shady was going on there! They didn't care that none of my personal items were returned! Terrible business! They didn't even TRY to help me!

Raised my storage from August 2022 rate 184 was to 253 in less than a year, now 6 months later they are telling me its going up to 291 dollars. Looking for new place.
