Very easy to set up a storage unit.
Vanessa, was profesional and informative. Handled all the paperwork step by step , explaining every detail. I rate this experience five star. I will highly recommend Public storage to friends and family..
This place is nice, clean and secured. Vanessa and I believe her name is Lori rocks! 5 STAR STAFF! Great customer service and they are always willing to help. I would give a five star, but public storage will go up on your rental fees to the point, what you're paying is not worth it, even when they know they are over charging your unit the fees want stop. The location and staff is amazing, but corporate is the reason for the missing star!
I've called around and this place was the most friendly. Laurie helped me with all my questions.
I came into Public Storage office on Mitchell Blvd. and was nicely greeted by Property Manager, Laurie. We will be moving to the area in the near future and wanted to get some guidance. She was very informative and showed me several units and went over the items to be stored and this helped me to determine what size we actually needed. She also, explained to me about the Public Storage app. so, that I can enter & exit the property & make my payments, review my invoices etc. When were ready to rent our unit here, we will definitely be going back to her to rent our unit at this very clean & well maintained location.
