After a long day of moving to get to my storage at another public storage facility I found out that I can't get to my storage because they are digging up the lane that leads to the unit. No notice or anything. Could have sent a text at the least. From 1130am until 820pm I had obstacle after obstacle in my way and a lot of people telling me they can't do that and what did I want to make this right. I don't want to come up with the solution for a problem I didn't create. Anyway Tristan came to the rescue and did what Noone else could and helped save the day. They need more people who can say yes and come up with a solutions. Thanks Tristan. As for the rest of public storage and the facilities I give? You. 2 stars....edit, the 2 stars should be for the other properties. I will correct thus. The Boulder st facility is not part of my problems that day and did nothing but help me.
