Rented a 10x20 unit. Signed the contract and moved in June 3rd. Moved out October 2nd. They want to charge me for the whole month of October. Edit: Issue has been resolved, they waived the charge. Other than that it's a nice clean unit and easy to access using the mobile app.

I have used the same storage facility over the years. The ownership has changed several times, forcing you to buy Insurance his a little questionable. One years worth of insurance is worth more than the contents of my unit and at that they change their prices whenever they feel like it, also they are pretty easy to work with for the most part.
Updated review. It appears Public Storage management DID take care of my request. Thank you. It's just no one contacted me to inform me. You can never talk to a local live person directly. They have red tape. Knocking a star off because of that.
The facility is very except not having a property manager (just to cut costs) makes things VERY difficult. I had my lock cut off and Public Storage put their own lock on. This happened for no reason and their lock doesnt even work. Now that Ive vacated the unit, I cant get anyone to respond. They say I owe money because there is still a lock on the unit. Its not my lock. There isnt a property manager to help, so Ive spent a lot of time contacting people at Public Storage and getting zero help. The facility is great. The customer service is awful.
