09-21-2023The staff are hard to get a hold of, and they have kept the shorter access hours they instituted during the pandemic, which is very inconvenient. They also have a huge mouse issue.

08-29-2023This storage is so messed up starting with the price $318 a month for a 1010 unit is crazy they did me so dirty I had a unit for over a year I had my most personal valuable possessions including my daighters items she passed away I can never replace that stuff that's why I put it in there after couple months they stop excepting online payments so I had to go in the office to pay but every time I went no one was there I went every day for almost a month befor I had to go to work that set my unit behind by 2 weeks cause no one would ever be there for me to pay then they put my stuff up for auction and again no one would ever be in the office for me to pay so I slid the payment through Crack im the door they called later that day and informed me they will not except that payment it has to be cash only so I go in the next morning and I learned my things auctioned off and being picked up by the buyer I have been devastated and heart broken this is so messed up
