02-21-2024This place is horribly infested with mice. I had my things stored for less than 6 months and all my belongings were covered in droppings. Its near impossible to reach property management and the office is always empty. Dont recommend. They need some serious pest control.

01-28-2024They need to tear down this site. My unit never opened unless I had a hammer to to adjust the lock. There was no one at the store when I needed help. Not a great place and rates are higher than other storage units that are air conditioned.

01-27-2024Have rented a space here for over two years. Yesterday I needed to upgrade to a larger unit last minute. Denell helped me out! I went into the office and she set me up right away! Very helpful, happy to keep renting here.

01-25-2024Rented a storage unit for 60 days and was infested with mice which destroyed all of my property, which in the clause of insurance does not cover more than $250. This place was infested prior to my move-in. There is theres no evidence of any intervention with pest control, such as outdoor receptacles. The management was not helpful did not pick up the phone did not come to the unit I was forced to deal with all of it by myself I would never rent here ever again or any other public storage. There is evidence of people living in units full-time, which could be part of the problem as to why its infested with mice being as that theres food I was unaware when I rented. Pictures included.
