The onsite manager, V is extremely professional, courteous and on top of things. V actually cares about his customers and also about the general cleanliness and maintenance of the premises. V is constantly out there cleaning and picking up stuff. He does an excellent job!

I spoke with V regarding our storage rental rate increase (which was significant). I explained our extenuating circumstances and monetary burden my wife and I had been faced with (my diagnosis and treatments for cancer) and asked that our rate increase be re-evaluated. V acted quickly in putting in a request for consideration for us not to have such a large increase put on us at this time. Shortly after talking with V, he called me back and told me the good news...the person in charge of these requests granted a little lower rate than what was going to go into effect this month. It still went up, but not the full amount. Thank you V! Your the best!! P.S. V was very professional, personable, and has a great attitude!! Again V, thank you!

V was excellent, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped explain a method to help my movers that I did not previously know! Also helped me gain access to my unit because I lost my keys. He went above and beyond. Id recommend her service at ExtraSpace to anyone.

V was very helpful with my move in process. Locked in a yearly rate so I am a happy camper! Thanks ESS! I did have quite some trouble moving my storage up the incline and lip edge to get inside the 2B building as its not very cart friendly but my unit was clean and V was very helpful!
