02-21-2024Beyond upset 3 months and elevator is broken!! they keep saying they will fix it! I want my money back! I have reached out to cooperate this is not okay! I even referred people and they are suffering the same! I had to keep my stuff at home !

10-03-2023Would love to give them 0 stars. This company thinks it's ok to "raise the rent" more than ONCE in less than a year. And I'm not talking, $10-50; try $150-200, which in my opinion is OUTRAGEOUS. And while the property manager was great in explaining the steps to "apply for a rent decrease" (which is also ridiculous), they aren't able to help reduce the rent on our unit. The crazier thing is that it would be cheaper for us to move our things into another unit (THE SAME SIZE) for half the price of what they raised our rent to! We paid over $5k to move, and did not think we'd be having to pay rent increases! Please take your business elsewhere, it's no wonder they are offering "deals" bc they are snakes and will randomly raise your rent.

10-03-2023Beware of untimely and excessive rent raises that could happen more than once in less than a year. $10-50 would be more reasonable, but on both occasions (within 9 months of renting the unit) we've had ours raised between $150-200/month. The only way to get these increases waived or reduced is to "apply for a rent decrease" (which is silly/whyy?). When you're paying movers $$$ to help you move, the last thing on your mind is having your storage units rent increase drastically. Something to consider if you sign up for the web rates.
