02-15-2024I've been at this place for quite awhile with a storage unit and the employees are always so pleasant and helpful! The place is kept clean and safe. They always give you great service and answer any questions I have and if they don't know the answer at that time they will get an answer for me and either email me of call me.

02-01-2024Ivy is very kind and informative, she let me see two storage units before deciding which one to get. She is very patient. Because I was already stressed, I couldn't sign in and finish the reservation she took her time and made the reservation and helped me unlock my profile. Then was able to sign in to the public storage app. Thank you Ivy! Great help and made me want to do business with Public storage. Go see Ivy in the Chicopee location. Thank you!

01-30-2024Prices are getting crazy and I Been a customer for 5 years.. But I wanna thank the lady at this property for all her amazing help. She has always been very nice and she is the only one I usually talk to seeing that I have tried communicating with others and getting no where.

01-13-2024Rented for 2 years. Price went up $50 dollars within the first year and again another $50. So in 2 years they increased it $100 dollars from the original rent amount. I know things have gone up but this is no way to retain good tenants who were never late in payments. My unit's ceiling was falling apart, I had no light inside my unit and where the lock goes, it is broken since day one. They never fixed anything. Left this place and won't return ever again. And please don't fall for their online low prices, those go up a lot in just 6 months. .
