03-23-2024Moving can be absolutely stressful, but God blessed me with an amazing soul like Troy to help ease my process. Troy was so informative and helpful. I came across a lot of airheads before crossing paths with Troy but from the minute I came into contact with him, he made sure to satisfy all my needs and follow through with EVERYTHING. I strongly believe that God places certain people are placed in specific places to execute His work, and Troy is a perfect example of that. I had issues with the process, and Troy stayed on the phone with me and attempted to help me figure it out. When that didnt work, he readily made an appointment for me and made sure I got the unit I needed. He made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to use the facility, walked me through the app, and even walked me through the unit to make sure I was completely satisfied. HE EVEN CALLED A DAY AFTER FOR ANOTHER FOLLOW UP! Im amazed about the immaculate service I received from Troy and this location. He deserves so much praise. Im so grateful for his presence because my moving process when so much more smoothly because of him, he truly went above and beyond. Dont hesitate to use this location, Troy is the person you need!
