01-21-2024This facility has raised our rent multiple times such that our current rent is 3 times our original rent 4 years ago (not any promotion involved). We asked why our rent was doubled about 2 years ago and it was reduced slightly, but they have more than made up for it in the last year. I will never use Public Storage again. Unless you want to deal with people that will take advantage of you, I would recommend you don't either.
