After understanding what I was looking for she went well beyond what most are willing to due! She didn't just say "I'm sorry, we don't have the availability." She got online and picked up the phone and did the leg work that I couldn't do. She found the diamond in the rough for me and I was finally able to smile, relax, and stop the hunt for this specific type unit!
