The customer service was atrocious, it's a storage unit , I don't understand what's so hard about answering phone and being in the office when people come . It took 2 days and 2 trips and me waiting around 2 hours the first day for some one to come into the office and just now another hour and 30 .....people if we do not like the jobs we are working , then let's not ruin everyone else's experience at a business just because your not motivated enough to go do what you really want . Your causing these businesses to fail !
