03-01-2026When my sister in law said she needed a storage space or two because she was moving to a smaller space, I knew I had to recommend Public Storage, specifically Kelsie! Kelsie has been so helpful in getting the right unit, in helping us set up the app, and going above and beyond in every way possible. If I needed a space, I would rent with Kelsie, but until then I will thank her for being such a huge help with my family and all their storage needs!!! Update: Kelsie called me to let me know they were having a discount their products because she remembered I wanted to pack away my Christmas items and I am so glad she did! Just another example of amazing customer service from Kelsie and even Katie too! Kelsie and Kate are my go to Public Storage peeps. A friend at work needed a unit and of course I sent them over to First Street Public Storage. She is a very finicky person and she couldnt believe how clean the grounds were. I will never stop recommending this company and these two ladies! Update: I recently had a loss in the family and needed a place to hold all the extra items from them and Kelsie was my very first stop. She helped me find the perfect space and get everything all set up for me and my brother
