01-07-2024The transition in ownership from Neighborhood Storage to the larger Public Storage is marked by a serious deterioration in customer service. Strongly advised NOT using auto pay, or turn off autopsy and delete debit/credit card data prior to vacating your unit. Public Storage seems to have a "Pay us now; if we made a mistake we'll refund you later" attitude. If vacating your unit, be sure to not only turn off autopsy BEFORE you vacate, but use their phone app to give notice you vacated, immediately follow up with emails and phone calls. Otherwise, you may find yourself billed rent even after you've left and told them you left.

12-13-2023They charged me a whole month in an automatic payment that nobody told me it was set up. I call the number to ask for a refund and answer a person I couldn't understand then I went there to talk to lady on a screen so she can tell me I signed the papers for it. Update: They gave the money back cause of this comment.

09-09-2023Never will I deal with these people again. They take your money in seconds, but if they owe you a refund, they either keep it or insist on sending you a check - to an address you moved away from. All business is done impersonally - they can ignore you all they want. Never Again!
