Horrible experience, terrible service and prices.
I have a climate controlled unit that has not be cool since MAY and no one has called me back about a refund but they are RAISING my rent next month. I have called Ashley left a voicemail and no phone call back and the corporate line told me the regional would be calling me about a refund and I have heard nothing. Would not recommend to anyone
This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, never had problems when it was neighborhood storage for over 10 years! I received an email that I got approved for a rent decrease, that I owed $0 for the current month and then my usual rate for the next. They ran our CC for auto pay for the full amount and said disregard that email it was a glitch. I told them I would not eat that cost because they had a glitch in their system because I can move down the road for a third of the price I'm paying. I was then forwarded to corporate and they hung up on me.
This is ridiculous how they're treating long term customers. We've been renting 4 units from public storage, 2 from this location for over 10+ years and we're paying a rate almost double what they're offering new customers and when asked about it they offered no solution other than an explination of "the market driving up the price." The units are nice, clean and upkept well for that they get two stars, but I would take your business elsewhere unless you're renting short term.
