02-22-2024I downsized my belongings and wanted a smaller storage unit. I went in today and talked to Haley, she was very kind and attentive. She showed me other units that were available and booked me what I wanted. It was a fast and easy process thanks to her. 10/10 for her customer service!

01-01-2024It is such a relief when you can find a very clean and well kept storage. Public Storage has great air conditioned units and some have lights inside. I had to upgrade my unit and Haley was wonderful helping me with the process. She is a professional and will do the best to help you maneuver the storage process. I strongly recommend for you to deal with Haley as she is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you. She truly deserves a raise. I have gone to other storage companies and I have not had a positive experience. Yerelyn
