01-02-2024Dont put your stuff in Public Storage. Let me tell you why if you miss a payment they automatically slap you with a late fee after 4 days, Then they start calling you and telling you theyre going to sell your property a week after you missed that payment it doesnt matter if youve been a customer for a month or five years one week after you missed your first payment they start sending you threatening texts and emails saying theyre gonna auction your stuff off one week late. And the staff is only nice to you the first time they meet you after that (Good luck )I hope this helped!!

11-02-2023Since Public Storage took over this location, its been nothing but issues. As a contractor who needs access to the units rented, 50% of time gates wouldnt open!! When youre ready to start work at 7am, then have to wait until bldg opens so they can manually unlock things, the day is wasted!! Complained numerous times & up to this week, they still dont have it figured out?? One Mgr actually told me I was punching in wrong code, even tho I was using the App!! And to top things off, they increased rates 37%!! Are you effin kidding!! Cant access yard 50% of times but you need to pay more??!! Gathered up our equipment & LEFT FOR GOOD! 3different property mgrs couldnt figure things out! Peace

09-12-2023The lady working the office was rude saying we could be there she has something mentally wrong and shouldn't be working the front desk or with people in my opinion but the owner was vary nice and helped us thro what we needed before we just gave up everything
