Kat was lovely to speak with. She quickly and efficiently answered our questions and set us up with the unit with same day access that was just right for our needs. The security features of the facility as well as the climate control system was a must for us in the Florida heat! We needed to be sure of wheel chair access and safety as well. Kat was sure to set us up with the phone app which is incredibly convenient. We are very happy and definitely recommend anyone needing a bit of extra storage space to consider this complex.
