02-18-2024I am only giving this 5 stars because of Guivy and Courtney. They were extremely helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had to deal with a couple of other people there who did not know what they were doing. Also, getting someone to call me back after leaving several messages was very frustrating. But, again, cudoes to Guivy and Courtney!

09-15-2023if I could give a zero star review I would. They emailed me my reservation with a dollar promotion. I tried to pay online the system glitched so I tried to pay over the phone. They confirmed that it was a system glitch. They were unable to take payment over the phone so they recommended that I go in person. I drove over an hour out of my way to pay it in person only for them to tell me they couldnt help me. I spent two hours at the location trying to figure it out and even the property manager confirmed that I should get the promotion but their system wouldnt allow him to charge it to me. I also spent many days over the past week on the phone with terrible customer service. Charles at the front desk of this location is very nice and tried to help but you cant help your customers if the company you work for is terribly structured. I would not rent from this company, purely on the basis of terrible customer service, terrible company structure, and poorly trained call center employees.
