09-25-2026The layout of this place makes it really easy for there to be big traffic jams or for you to get blocked in behind cars for long periods of time with no recourse. What was supposed to be a quick trip to the unit took an extra 45 minutes because someone parked behind me and they could not be found. The recent renovation only makes it more suffocating with the new walls and narrower space. The people who work here are nice, but unless youre only planning on carrying/hauling stuff in without a vehicle, I would go somewhere else.

09-17-2026Well I don't recommend this storage facility. I have rented at this extra space storage for more than ten years. I have received a notice that I am to pay another $100. There is no reason to increase the rent 40%. I guess extortion and racketeering is now the norm.

09-16-2026The office is supposed to be open until 7pm on Mondays through Saturdays, I showed up at 6pm and the office was empty. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable i would not recommend this location.

08-28-2026Dean at Extra Space Storage went above and beyond to help me navigate and resolve multiple challenges while securing a unit through the call center the night before my move. He was patient, proactive, and incredibly helpful in finding solutions and removing roadblocks. His outstanding customer service made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend Dean for his dedication and professionalism!
