12-23-2023I tried to rent two units online and found I was only able to get one unit at a time. I wanted both units on the same account number, so I didn't complete the second rental online. The next morning, I received a call from Ruby and she suggested I come in so she could help me. I went in and Ruby found a second drive-up unit directly across from the first, larger unit. She got them both added to the same account, refunded the keys I didn't need, and canceled the insurance that I didn't need. I am very pleased with Ruby's service. Thanks!
