09-29-2026I've had multiple units with Oliver and them at the Caesar Chavez location for about 10 years storage time with ESS. Oliver is the best storage manager I've ever had. 31 years of my life I've had one since the USAF. He's the reason I'm still there. I trust him, takes pride in his job. M.Goven

09-05-2026You CANNOT trust Extra Space Storage. This business is the SCAM of the century. All they care about is getting your money. They honestly couldn't care less about customers. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer. There are NO rewards for loyalty. Extra Space Storage lures you in at a lower price with deceptive marketing, and then they immediately jack up the price and continue to do so NONSTOP. There should be state legislation which prevents storage companies from doing this. Please take 5 minutes to email the Governor at https://www.gov.ca.gov/contact/ with a demand for this legislation. Storage is NOT worth it. It COSTS a fortune. And all storage facilities are plagued with rats, mice, and moths. It's just the nature of a storage facility. The mice and moths at this facility ruined thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. I highly recommend you AVOID requiring a storage space altogether.
