The people who work here seem to be trained well and know how to make the customer feel welcome. When I called to inquire about rates and storage sizes, the guy patiently walked me through all the options. At the time of check-in, the manager (or Asst Mgr?) was very helpful in giving me all the info I need. I was able to get to my unit with ease and the inside of my unit, as well as the whole facility looks clean. It was truly a satisfying experience.
