03-25-2024On any review I ALWAYS start with customer service. I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Ro and Ms. Nadia helping me through a crazy process of renting. I rented multiple storage and needed to change and the process of canceling and changing took time and patience because I did everything online. I had to return a few times because I was moving out another storage at another location and they really stepped up for me. Thank you for the help and patience. Now the storage location is great for me and I love that I can pull in and unload or load my things out of the rain or sun. Others have stated (with pictures) about waiting in line to park inside when its busy. I understand that but I just waited but you have the option to unload outside and bring your things in like other places. The AC is cold and the place is clean and the customer service in my experience was excellent. Thank you again RO and Nadia.

03-06-2024Worst unit ever ! They charge so much and always have had issues with access code . No one is ever available at the property , you can keep calling . Limited carts ! Just so freaking disappointing. Pleas save yourself from trouble and never rent out here. They charged me for a full month even when o vacated in 7 days of a month. No other storage does that.
