This property sits on the west side of Palm Valley Road, just north of Canal Boulevard, a short drive from Roscoe Boulevard or Highway A1A.

10-25-2023Beware! Do not store your items here if you care about them. Over the course of 3 months of storage many of the items in our unit molded. Of course we got a climate controlled unit specially to avoid this. Everything had to be removed from the unit and cleaned, some items were not salvageable. Wood furniture, clothing and mattresses all among the permanently damaged items. Public storage would do nothing to rectify the situation after thousands of dollars of loss and multiple phone calls. Smells moldy and dank from the minute you walk in the place, I should have known better. They keep the temps/humidity levels too high and are not taking care of their customers. Willful negligence.

My agent I dealt with was Coleman and I would just like to say that he made my transition into a public storage a very easy one. I also thought it was very nice when he saw me later that week that he came and checked on me to make sure that everything was fine and brought me some water. Excellent customer service-I work at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville and I will be sharing with my coworkers that anybody who needs to store anything go to public storage. Great service agents
