02-24-2024The staff members here were wonderful! I received two calls shortly after my reservation. We discussed what I needed I came down to see the unit and Felicia worked with me on exactly which unit I wanted and products I needed for my move. She was very patient, pleasant to deal with and there was no rush. The facility is new and very clean, no smell or signs of rodent or bug infestations. I highly recommend, great customer service!

02-12-2024I visited this location to inquire about a storage unit and was greeted by a staff member whose name was Sven. He broke down the pricing on the units and was very accommodating. Though I did not end up getting a storage unit the same day, I will be back very soon to lock in my purchase of a 10x10 unit!!

01-31-2024Incredible Customer Service at this establishment. I was looking for a new storage unit and I was greeted by Sven. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs in a unit were met. I highly recommend coming here if you need a place to store your belonging and youre in great hands if you have the luck of having Sven assist you!
