02-28-20245 months into my contract, they raised the price by 50%... not 5 or 10% they raised it 50% !!! I feel like I got a bait and switch price back in September. In addition, there are walls falling down in my unit and NO ONE fixed it for the 5 months I've been there. The deal was too good to be true. Buyer beware. This place sucks.
