I purchased it, although little protection, AND secure coverage at SF. Polite, professional & friendly! Thanks Brandi! :)

02-01-2024Brandi was one the best public store managers Ive dealt with in a long time! She was very patient as she showed me multiple units, never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth.she made my out of state transition and relocate a breeze and headache free. It was a great experience! All in all if I could give 10 stars I would. I will be suggesting this location to people.

01-31-2024Outstanding service and attention from Brandi! I have rented storage units here for many years. Since Public Storage and Brandi (property manager) took over, everything has been wonderful. The property is clean and the entry systems work flawlessly. Brandi is so professional, friendly and responsive to all of our needs. I am confident that our things are safe and secure at this location!

11-11-2023They make it easy to manage from out of town, but prices are outrageous. Frequent increases, even with autopay. Insurance increased since Public Storage took over. Beware if you end up storing longer than expected, it will cost you (way more than 1 free month). We also found a dead rat in the unit, which they refused to believe until we showed the body.
