01-10-2024What a joke, way to high on prices and have to purchase insurance that is a joke as well. Had unit broken into and items stolen. Reported to insurance and they wouldn't pay out for items stolen. Front gate wide open for thieves to help themselves. Person on duty wasn't honest when asked about breaking. Very un professional do not do any business with public storage.
