This review isn't so much about the facility but about the wonder lady who helped me Deborah. Came to this location from the Fort St because I didn't know that location was enclosed only. So the wonderful lady there sent me to Deborah's location and she was excited to meet me and show me the unit I was interested in. I was nervous at first due to the location of the area no hate on Lincoln Park just word of mouth rumors is all. But I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities location and cleanliness. The workers are also great Deborah was more than happy to take me to the unit again to lock it up before my move in that weekend. A good mention is the prices are competitive to surrounding places. Depending the unit of course. Deborah made it very clear to me about the online promotion and what happens after X amount of days and how the rate will increase to the normal Standard pricing. But again the Standardized rate at the moment was competitive with other places not to mention this place is closer to home to me which is a huge bonus for me! I will update this review in a few months time to further go into detail about my time here at Extra Space Storage!
